For the 3rd time, various Nevadan institutions have come together to conduct the Kindergarten Health Survey. It collects basic health and demographic information about children entering kindergarten around the state. One of the most surprising results is the combined overweight and obesity rate of 34.3 percent among Nevadan kindergartners, which shows there is a clear need for a program like Farm Fresh For Kids.
